How do I create a new note?


New notes can be created in a few different ways:


From a lead, contact, account, or opportunity

  1. Go to the record that you would like to create a new note for and you will default to a brand new note
  2. Choose any other records you would like to associate with the note
  3. Your primary association will be the record you created the note from


Click the pen icon next to search in the top panel

  1. Click the pen icon
  2. Choose the records you would like to associate with the note - Please note that every note is required to be associated with a Account.
  3. Choose your primary association
