What is an association?

An association is something from your CRM that a note is related to.

When you create a note, you want that note to be connected to one or multiple objects (leads, contacts, accounts, or opportunities) in your CRM. That's what Corzo associations do, they link the note in Salesforce to the correct object in Salesforce.

Example associations:

What is a Primary Association?

Because Salesforce's note feature only supports one association, we need to know which is the most important object to associate the note with in Salesforce. This is the primary association.

In Corzo you can have still have multiple associations so you can access your notes from anywhere it is associated.

How do I edit a primary association?

Associations can be edited or added by clicking on one of the associations at the top of your note. The primary association specifically if designated under the 'Primary' tab.
